Currency and checkout total

Product prices on nova-n.shop are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Before payment, checkout shows the products, quantities, discounts where applicable, shipping charge, applicable sales tax, and total amount due. We do not add undisclosed charges after an order is submitted.

Payment methods

The payment methods available to a customer are displayed at checkout and are processed through Shopify and the payment providers enabled for the store. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Payment-provider terms, authentication, and card-issuer rules may also apply.

Authorisation and order acceptance

Payment authorisation does not by itself guarantee acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation after product availability and payment have been checked. We may decline or cancel an order for an obvious pricing or listing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, an invalid address, or another legitimate operational reason. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order to the original payment method.

Taxes and shipping

Applicable sales tax is calculated from the delivery address when the platform can determine it. Shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown before payment and are governed by the Shipping Policy.

Refunds and chargebacks

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method within 14 days after an authorised return is received and inspected. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the credit. Please contact us first at valentinajoaquin8280@outlook.com if a payment, duplicate charge, refund, or order total appears incorrect. We ask customers to provide the order number and relevant transaction details so we can investigate before initiating a chargeback.
